The CC Company, Inc. is a business established in 1996. Owned and operated by Wayne Callaghan, who has lived in the Bartlesville area since 1991 with his wife Val and two children Abby and Lane. Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. The CC Company, Inc. specializes in upscale residential custom homes. Founded on integrity, professionalism and teamwork, The CC Company, Inc. is committed to consistent superior quality construction services. Our crew consists of clean cut, educated carpenters and laborers whose top priority is to give that special touch to projects that will help your house become a home.
Brief Description of Work
Our field of workmanship is general contracting with a major emphasis on Traditional, Mediterranean, and French Country custom homes. The CC Company, Inc. is rapidly expanding its market share through aggressive participation in the community, unequaled quality of workmanship, commitment to service and a referral system from satisfied customers. The CC Company, Inc. has constructed projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $3,000,000 and has completed both commercial and residential projects in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our goal is to work with clients and architects to provide cost effective and quality construction services that produce projects that run efficiently from the conceptual budget phase right through the completion of construction.
The CC Company, Inc. builds homes containing features that are no longer considered extras. With the rising cost of energy, we are striving to build energy efficient homes by using 2x6 exterior R-23 insulated walls, "Low-E" argon gas filled aluminum clad Kolbe windows, 90% seer heat & air, and R-38 attic insulation. Granite countertops, security systems, full home automation, central vacuum, and state-of-the-art home theatres are just some of the features that we love to include into our home packages. All in all, from start to finish, our goal is to place a signature on each project and look at it as an individual challenge to help it fit the personality and style of the home owner.
